The Boulder Housing Partners Boulder Affordable Rentals waiting list for apartments at various communities is currently open.
BHP is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of August, 2020, until further notice.
To apply during the opening period, visit the Now Renting page here, scroll down to the "Boulder Affordable Rentals" section, and select the link for a listed community. Information on who to contact for an appointment will be provided on the community page.

Boulder Affordable Rentals has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
