Ciclo, Boulder Affordable Rentals Project-Based Waiting List is Closed as of May 2024. The waiting list was last open in December 2019 and remains closed.

The Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) interest list for Studio, 1, and 2-Bedroom Boulder Affordable Rental apartments at Ciclo is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from December 3, 2019, until December 5, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: The application process included a $19 application fee (per adult) and a $150 holding fee (per household). 

The new development of Ciclo, located at 3390 Valmont Road in the new S’Park Neighborhood of Boulder Junction, will offer 38 apartment homes, including studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

1 Person:  $47,760 | 4 Persons: $68,160

2 Persons: $54,540 | 5 Persons: $73,620

3 Persons: $61,380 |

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
