The Metro West Housing Solutions (MWHS) waiting list for apartments at Indy Street Flats is currently closed. Pre-applications were last accepted from October 28, 2019, until October 29, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online pre-application. No paper pre-applications were available or accepted.
The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:
1 person $32,500 - $39,000 | 5 person $50,150 - $60,1802 person $37,150 - $44,580 | 6 person $53,580 - $64,6203 person $41,800 - $50,160 | 7 person $57,550 - $69,0604 person $46,400 - $55,680 |
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
