This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Greenville, South Carolina.
The Greenville Housing Authority (GHA) last accepted Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments from June 5, 2023, until June 9, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: According to the GHA notice "This is a family community, with 2 and 3-bedroom openings in the 100% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) homes. These affordable units are only available to LIHTC eligible households which does include applicants with Housing Choice (Section 8) Vouchers."
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
