The Greenville Housing Authority (GHA) last accepted Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Homes waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments from November 20, 2023, until November 24, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: According to the GHA public notice " HCV / Section 8 Vouchers Accepted"
To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
Income limits could be found here.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
