Greenwich Communities last accepted applications for this waiting list from December 13, 2021, until June 3, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the Greenwich Communities public notice, "The reason for closing the list is that wait times are estimated to be two years or more".

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was postmarked by June 3, 2022 or later and mailed to Greenwich Communities.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:
