The Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) waiting list applications for 1 and 3-bedroom apartments at the Centre Meadows Apartments from February 1, 2024 at 12:00 am, until March 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET.

Please note: According to the LHA, "Centre Meadows is a Self-Sufficiency site and requires that the head-of-household or spouse/co-head-of-household must demonstrate he/she has been working for at least 20 hours per week.  The work requirement is demonstrated by verified employment at eligibility certification or signing a lease for a Centre Meadows.  Full-time students may be eligible for occupancy at Centre Meadows if certain requirements are met.  Elderly and disabled persons who meet all of the Self-Sufficiency Housing requirements with the exception of the work requirement may be eligible for these units".
