The Clinton Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The CHA offers two Public Housing communities with 150 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the CHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 7 Bradshaw Dr., Clinton, MO 64735, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, child support print out (if applicable), ten years of previous rental history, and six months of checking and/or savings account statements.The CHA does have a preference for: Working families, applicants that live and/or work in Clinton, elderly, or disabled.For more information, visit the CHA website, or call the office at (660) 885-5852 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
