The Pawtucket Housing Authority (PHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments at Park Street Manor  from January 7, 2020, until an unconfirmed close date. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

  • This waiting list is for seven 2-Bedroom units at the 42 Park Street development.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Print the paper application.
  2. Pick up an application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.

The Pawtucket Housing Authority (PHA) Elderly Public Housing waiting list for Studio apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from June 21, 2021, until further notice.
