This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Olathe, Kansas.
The Olathe Housing Authority (OHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Scattered Sites from May 8, 2023 at 8:00 am, until May 12, 2023 at 5:00 pm CT. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in May, 2023.

2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Scattered Sites has preferences for: Elderly, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Disabled. Preferences are not required but Public Housing applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.

If you don't get contacted by the housing authority, it might mean that you were not chosen for the waiting list. Sometimes, housing authorities do not contact applicants who were not placed on the waiting list. Check with the housing authority for confirmation.

A waiting list sorted by date and time orders applicants who are selected for the waiting list by the date and time the housing authority receives the application. Those who apply earlier will generally be placed higher on the waiting list.
