If signed, the bill would fund government operations until February 8, 2019. But if the bill is not signed by midnight on Friday, the U.S. government will shut down until an agreement is reached between Congress and the President.<\/p>\n<p>When government offices are closed at times that should be normal hours of operation, it could create issues for citizens who rely on communication with those offices.
