The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has not yet declared disaster recovery assistance for individual residents, but public efforts are being made to help local governments in these areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you are in need of emergency assistance as a result of a natural disaster, these options are available to you:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Emergency Assistance<ul><li>Dial 9-1-1.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Emergency Shelter<ul><li>Find an open shelter on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.redcross.org\/get-help\/disaster-relief-and-recovery-services\/find-an-open-shelter.html\">the American Red Cross website here<\/a>.<\/li><li>Download the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fema.gov\/about\/news-multimedia\/app\">FEMA Mobile App<\/a>.<\/li><li>Text SHELTER and your zip code to 4FEMA (43362).
