Open Until Further Notice: Hillcrest Towers, Near Elderly and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Fayetteville Housing Authority (FHA) is accepting Near Elderly and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Hillcrest Towers from July 1, 2023 at 8:00 am CT, until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list is for applicants age 55+ and/or disabled persons.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Pick up an application at the FHA office located at 1 N School Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Monday- Thursday and Fridays by appointment only.

Once the paper application has been completed, it was to be either:

  1. Mailed to the FHA office, address mentioned above.
  2. Hand delivered to the FHA office, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
