This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Del Norte County, California.

The City of Crescent City Housing Authority (CCHA) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for 2-Bedroom apartments at Valhalla Pacific is currently open.

The CCHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from February 1, 2023, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, Print the paper application.

Once the paper application is complete, it must be either:

  1. Mailed to the CCHA office, located at 23 H Street, Crescent City, CA 95531.
  2. Hand delivered to CCHA office, located at address mentioned above, from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm PST.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

  • 1 Person $27,300 | 5 Persons $42,100

  • 2 Persons $31,200 | 6 Persons $45,200

  • 3 Persons $35,100 | 7 Person $48,300

  • 4 Persons $38,950 | 8 Persons $51,450

This waiting list has the following preferences: Local Preference, Head of Household and/or spouse that is living or working in Del Norte County.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
