The Lakeland Housing Authority (LHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open on a limited basis for three days in October 2016. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the LHA, the office "will only accept applications for working families and/or elderly/disabled families."


To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online pre-application.
