There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Complete an application in person at the NCFRHA office.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Applicants currently residing in Levy or Gilchrist County.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
