The Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 12, 2019, until an unconfirmed closed date. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to open and print the application online.

Once the application was completed, applicants were required to call the MCHA office to schedule an appointment interview. All adult (18+) members of the household must be present at the interview. Applications were not accepted by mail.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
