Please note: According to the MHA "MHA Homes - 226 units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms throughout Missoula. Owned and operated by MHA. Project-based Section 8. Applicants income must be at or below 50% of the Area Median Income. Tenants pay 30% of their income toward housing. Wait time 1 to 5 years."
