The East Orange Housing Authority (EOHA) is accepting Near Elderly and Homeless, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for Halsted Plaza Senior Residence Apartments from April 22, 2024 until April 26, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in November, 2022.
Please note: According to the EOHA, "The residence will consist of 60 low-income housing tax credit units. Fifteen of the units will be reserved for homeless individuals. All but the fifteen homeless units will be restricted to individuals aged 55 and older".
