Open Until Further Notice: Daniel Towers Senior/Disabled Other Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Middletown Housing Authority (MHA) Senior/Disabled waiting list for Daniel Towers is currently open, since at least April, 2019, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply: 

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Pick up an application at the MHA office located at Tomaso Plaza, Two Oakdale Drive, Middletown, New Jersey 07748,  Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm ET.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

  1. Mailed to the MHA office at Tomaso Plaza,Two Oakdale Drive, Middletown, New Jersey 07748.
  2. Dropped off at the MHA office at the address above, during office hours.
  3. Faxed to (732) 671-0575.
  4. Emailed to lzani@mhanj.net.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Honorable Discharge from Active Duty Veteran Status, Live or Work in Middletown, New Jersey, or Live or Work in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
