To apply, prospective applicants must have visited the FMHA website to complete the online pre-application. The pre-application was available online only. Pre-applications were available in English and Spanish.


Once the application has been completed, the applicant received a confirmation number. It is important to write this number down and keep it in a safe and easy to access area.
