Open Until Further Notice: Zanesville Metropolitan Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Zanesville Metropolitan Housing Authority (ZMHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2019, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print both the Coopermill Manor and ZMHA Tenant application that is available online.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the ZMHA office, located at 407 Pershing Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701; from 7:45 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

The following documentation is required for all household members:

  • Driver's License(s)
  • Birth Certificate(s)
  • Social Security Card(s)
  • Employment Information
