Closed: Creekside Apartments Low Income Housing Tax Credit Other Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) waiting list for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit apartments at Creekside Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from February 24, 2020, until February 27, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: There was a $30.00 application fee per adult. Unlike the Section 8 and Public Housing programs, an application fee is allowed for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the online paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

  1. Dropped off in person to the HAJC.
  2. Faxed to the HAJC.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

  • 2 People $25,950
  • 3 People $29,200
  • 4 People $32,400
  • 5 People $35,000
  • 6 People $37,600

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Complete the online application. The application is available in several languages.
  2. Print the application online. Select the "download this application" link in the "Housing Choice Voucher & Project Based Voucher" section.

Once the paper application has been completed, it can be:

  1. Hand delivered to the HAJC office, located at 2251 Table Rock Road, Medford, OR 97501.
  2. Mailed to the HAJC at the address above.
  3. Faxed to (541) 857-1118.
  4. Emailed to blanca@hajc.net.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time of pre-application submission.

The approximate wait time to receive a voucher, as of February 2020, is four to five years.

The Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) is accepting Low Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for Cathedral Square Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of September 12, 2023, until further notice. 

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application is completed, it was either:

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

  • 3 Persons $34,200 | 6 Person $44,100
