The Tarrant County Housing Assistance Office (TCHAO) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List is currently closed. It was last open for three days in March 2017; and before that for seven days in February 2010.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, disabled, Terrant County resident.

Applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

Applicants placed on the waiting list can check their status here. If an applicant needs to update application information, they must inform the TCHAO in writing.
