The Danville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (DRHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for Cardinal Village, Cedar Terrace, Ingram Heights, and Pleasant View Apartments from March 11, 2024 at 8:00 am, until April 11, 2024 at 5:00 pm ET. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in February, 2022.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

  • Cardinal Village - located at 651 Cardinal Place Danville, VA 24541
  • Cedar Terrace - located at 127 Cedar Place Danville, VA 24541
  • Ingram Heights - located at 149 New Ingram Road Danville, VA 24540
  • Pleasant View - located at 101 Pleasant View Avenue Danville, VA 24541

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
