The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority on behalf of Housing Kitsap (HK) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Conifer Woods and Kingston Ridge Apartments from April 15, 2024 at 8:00 am, until April 19, 2024 at 4:30 pm PT.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

Conifer Woods Apartments, located at 4698 SE Conifer Park Drive Port Orchard, WA 98366. Offering 2 and 3-bedroom units (20 PBV units out of 72 total units).
Kingston Ridge Apartments, 26659 Myrtle Lane NE Kingston, WA 98346. Offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units (8 PBV units out of 72 total units).

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open,

Print the paper application for each property:

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either: Returned in person at each community’s management office or at the Housing Kitsap main office, located at the addresses mentioned above or the HS office located at 2244 NW Bucklin Hill Road, Silverdale, WA 98383, from 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
