The Brown County Housing Authority (BCHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of March 21, 2024, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

  1. Print the paper application.
  2. Pick up an application at the Integrated Community Solutions office, located at 2605 S. Oneida St, Suite 106 in Ashwaubenon WI.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be: Returned to the Integrated Community Solutions office, address mentioned above.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

  • 1 Person $33,450 | 5 Persons $51,600
  • 2 Persons $38,200 | 6 Persons $55,400
  • 3 Persons $43,000 | 7 Person $59,250
  • 4 Persons $47,750 | 8 Persons $63,050

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Elderly/Disabled/Homeless/Veterans - living in Brown County
  • Households with children - living in Brown County
  • Other Brown County residents who do not qualify for the first two lists
  • Applicants who do not live in Brown County.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
