Completed in the summer of 2004. The Spring Lake Apartment Complex replaced two existing dilapidated migrant worker buildings. There are now three new apartment buildings and a community building on the property.
These buildings house thirteen two (2), three (3), and four (4)-bedroom units which were built primarily for families who receive the majority of their income from agriculture labor. An on-site laundry facility is available for all tenants. All of the utilities are included in the rent amount. Rental subsidy for this program is provided by USDA.
