The Portage Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) Moderate Rehabilitation Program waiting list for apartments at Portage Woods is closed.

  • Military Preference: A Preference is given if the Head of Household, Spouse or Co-head is a Veteran or Survivor of a Veteran (honorably discharged) who actively served in a branch of the US Armed Services or who is a currently active member of a branch of the US Armed Services. Survivor includes the Spouse or Widow of a Veteran (unless remarried).

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
