Portage Woods Moderate Rehabilitation Program Project-Based Waiting List is Closed as of July 2026.

The Portage Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) Moderate Rehabilitation Program waiting list for apartments at Portage Woods is closed.

The PMHA last accepted applications for this waiting list on an unconfirmed date in November 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Military Preference: A Preference is given if the Head of Household, Spouse or Co-head is a Veteran or Survivor of a Veteran (honorably discharged) who actively served in a branch of the US Armed Services or who is a currently active member of a branch of the US Armed Services. Survivor includes the Spouse or Widow of a Veteran (unless remarried).

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
