Section 8 HCV Waiting List Status: Closed

The Housing Authority announced at 9:13am on August 22nd that they have closed the Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List. 

The housing authority previously reported it would only take 250 applications. 

The Housing Authority had this to say:

"UPDATE Friday, August 22, 2014 The North Chicago Housing Authority had to CANCEL the opening of our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher wait list. We anticipate rescheduling at a future date, that has not been determined at this time. Please continue to check this website for any updates under the Latest News column. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
