The Gary Housing Authority (GHA)is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The GHA offers eight communities for families and senior/disabled individuals.

To apply for public housing you must visit the GHA office to pick up an application, located at 578 Broadway, 2nd Floor, Gary, IN 46402

Once the application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.

This GHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Gary.
