The Ladysmith Housing Authority (LHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The LHA offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.To apply, you must visit the LHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 705 E. 4th St. S., Ladysmith, WI 54848, from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The LHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the LHA office at 715-532-7076, from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
