The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications on a limited basis for 1-Bedroom apartments at Santa Angelina Senior Apartments from November 13, 2023, until further notice.
Please note: According to the OCHA public notice, this waiting list is for "Individuals who are 62 years or older, experiencing homelessness, currently on OCHA’s Housing Choice Voucher waiting list."
To apply while the waitlist is open, call 2-1-1 Orange County at (888) 600-4357, ask to be connected to CES access point.
Please note: "2-1-1 staff will provide you the contact information for the provider most appropriate to your circumstances in your service area. You may need to leave a message for a call back for an assessment appointment."

Santa Angelina will be a vibrant senior community developed by National CORE, the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, and Episcopal Communities & Services for Seniors in Placentia, California. The new community will provide 65 affordable apartment homes to seniors, 62 or better, who earn less than 60% of the area median income (AMI). Twenty-one apartment homes will be reserved as permanent supportive housing for unhoused seniors or seniors at-risk of becoming unhoused.
