The Hartley Block, is a mixed use, mixed-income project featuring 63 rental apartments and 4,000 sq. ft. of retail space along Lisbon Street. The one, two and three-bedroom apartments vary in size from 595 sq. ft. to 1,080 sq. ft. Included in the rent are a fitness center, community room, children's playroom, indoor bike storage room, complimentary wi-fi and one covered parking space directly behind the building. Within easy walking distance are the public library (across the street), shops, restaurants, cafes, and two major parks.

Dave's Thoughts On The Hartley Block

Because The Hartley Block participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower. Depending on the number of HOME-designated units, additional units may have even lower household income requirements and corresponding lower rent caps.
