Community room, laundry facilities are on site as well as a patio and raised garden beds. There are no elevators, but stair glides are available. Tenant pays electric heat and hot water, but receives a utility allowance to offset the costs. Superintendent on site during weekdays. Security Surveillance Systems on premises.
