Pineview is located near Everett Mall with easy access to bus routes. Pineview consists of 17 two-bedroom, 14 three-bedroom, and 2 four-bedroom apartments. All homes include washer/dryer hookups. Two Pineview units have been adapted for wheelchair use. Pineview has been recently renovated to include new windows, siding, paint, flooring, and upgraded appliances.
The rent at Pineview is subsidized with project-based vouchers and residents pay approximately 30% of their income towards rent. Small pets are allowed with prior permission from the Property Manager.
The Pineview Community Center has a full kitchen, large meeting area and hosts after-school and other enrichment programs to benefit the lives of its residents.
