The Lofts at Milnes Plaza is a newly constructed 50-unit, multifamily mid-rise community situated on approximately 1.5 acres in central downtown Coldwater, Branch County, Michigan. The building houses an assortment of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments within walking distance of the library, public parks and restaurants to name a few. Residents will enjoy off-street parking, bike storage and a children’s play area. Additional amenities include a community room, resident storage, and on-site management and maintenance. Apartments are equipped with high-efficiency electric furnaces, central air conditioning, electric hot water tank, in-unit washer/dryer hook up, dishwasher, and microwave.
