Liberty Square Apartments is a 60 unit, affordable and workforce housing project, located in the heart of Casper, Wyoming, blocks from the Senior Center, Recreation & Acquatics Centers, schools, grocery store and public transportation. Offering 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units.
This LIHTC property is among the most common types of affordable rental housing in the United States. The LIHTC program only provides subsidies to the building’s owner at construction.
