This week, we have added 2 new waiting lists to our open Section 8 waiting lists page. We are now aware of 506 open Section 8 waiting lists, and 6 waiting lists that are opening soon. Here are the new scheduled waiting lists that are opening soon:
Putnam County, New York
The Putnam County Housing Corporation (PCHC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is opening soon, from February 1, 2017 until February 28, 2017. Applications are currently available online. There are five preferences. 750 applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, after sorting preferences. The PCHC is managed by New York State Homes and Community Renewal (NYSHCR). Clackamas County, Oregon
The Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is opening soon, from January 23, 2017 at 12:01 am, until January 29, 2017 at 11:59 pm PT. Applications will be available online. There are no preferences. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery. Read more on how to apply on our HACC information page here.
