Ewing Square is a beautiful Section 8 and Section 42 townhome community located in Brooklyn Center. The community is tucked away in a peaceful residential neighborhood with very little traffic, noise, or crime. The entire property was freshly renovated in 2010, giving residents brand new prairie-style architecture, modern color schemes, a playground, and all new construction in many interior areas, such as flooring, walls, countertops, appliances, and more. Included in each 3 or 4 bedroom, 3 story townhome is a newer dishwasher, stove, microwave, laundry washer and dryer, central air conditioner, furnace, windows, sliding patio doors, and much more. Garages with interior lighting and electric openers are available as well. Income restrictions do apply. The waiting list is currently closed.
