This week, we have added 3 new waiting lists on our open Section 8 waiting lists page. We are now aware of 504 open Section 8 waiting lists, and 4 waiting lists that are opening soon. Here are the new scheduled waiting lists that are opening soon:

Richland County, South Carolina: The Columbia Housing Authority (CHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is opening soon, from July 21, 2016 at 9:00 am, until July 22, 2016 at 12:00 pm ET. Applications will be available online. No preferences have been identified. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery. For more details, visit our CHA information page here.

New Rochelle, New York: The City of New Rochelle PHA (CNRPHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is opening soon, from July 5, 2016 at 9:00 am, until July 7, 2016 at 11:59 pm ET. Applications will be available online. There are four preferences. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, after sorting preferences. Obion County, Tennessee: The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA): Obion County Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is opening soon for two days only, from July 6, 2016 at 6:00 am, until July 7, 2016 at 11:59 pm CT. Applications will be available online. Kenosha County, Wisconsin: The Kenosha Housing Authority (KHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open, from June 28, 2016 at 8:00 am, until June 30, 2016 at 11:59 pm CT. Applications are available online. There are six preferences. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, after sorting preferences.
