The Jersey City Housing Authority (JCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher and Project-Based Voucher waiting lists are opening soon, from May 15, 2017 at 12:01 am, until May 19, 2017 at 11:59 pm ET. Applications will be available online. There are three preferences. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, after sorting preferences.
