COVID-19 Notice
Due to concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease, some waiting list openings may be postponed until further notice, or submission instructions may be adjusted. The Affordable Housing Online team is closely monitoring waiting lists that are open now and opening soon, and will make updates to our website accordingly. The waiting lists below are confirmed openings.
Visit the housing authority’s website for the latest on its current operations, if one is available. If there is no information online, contact the housing authority directly. Due to a high volume of calls and modified office hours in most areas, expect a long wait time (days or weeks) for a response.

The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority (LHA) waiting list applications for 2, 3, and 4-Bedroom, General and Self-Sufficiency Public Housing apartments at South Lexington, Northwest Lexington, and Northeast Lexington Properties are being accepted from March 2, 2020 at 12:00 am, until July 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm ET.
