COVID-19 Notice
Due to concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease, some waiting list openings may be postponed until further notice, or submission instructions may be adjusted. The Affordable Housing Online team is closely monitoring waiting lists that are open now and opening soon, and will make updates to our website accordingly. Because of the unpredictability of closures or postponements at this time, waiting lists remaining open until further notice will not be featured on this page.
Visit the housing authority’s website for the latest on its current operations, if one is available. If there is no information online, contact the housing authority directly. Due to a high volume of calls and modified office hours in most areas, expect a long wait time (days or weeks) for a response.

The Bloomington Housing Authority (BHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications will be accepted from March 31, 2020 at 12:00 pm, until further notice. Learn how to apply.

The Morristown Housing Authority (MHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications will be accepted from March 31, 2020 at 9:00 am, until April 6, 2020 at 11:59 pm ET or until 500 applications have been received. Learn how to apply.
