New Waiting List Announcements
Outagamie County, Wisconsin Section 8 Waiting List Is Open
The Appleton Housing Authority (AHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed date of December 19, 2023, until January 1, 2024.
Forth Worth, Texas Mainstream Section 8 and Project-Based Voucher Waiting Lists Are Open
Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS) is accepting Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, and Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications from December 20, 2023, until January 31, 2024.
Richmond County, Georgia Section 8 Waiting List Opens Soon
The Augusta Housing Authority (AHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 2, until January 5, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since October, 2020.

City and County of Fairfax, Virginia RAD Project-Based Voucher Waiting List Opens Soon
The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) will accept Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments from January 8, until January 14, 2024.

Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland County, Ohio Section 8 Waiting List Is Open
The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from November 1, 2023, until January 31, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since March, 2023.
Seattle, Washington Section 8 Waiting List Opens Soon
The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 17, 2024, until further notice. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since February, 2017.
Butler County, Ohio Section 8 and Project Based Voucher Waiting Lists Open Soon
The Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority (BMHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, and Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for apartments at Beacon Pointe Property from January 8, until January 12, 2024.
Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson County, Oregon Section 8 Waiting List Opens Soon
Housing Works will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 8, until January 12, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since January, 2023.
