Opens Soon: Multi-County, Indiana Section 8 Waiting List
The Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC), on behalf of the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA), will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 15, 2024, until further notice.

Open Now: Forth Worth, Texas Mainstream Section 8 and Project-Based Voucher Waiting Lists
Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS) is accepting Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, and Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications from December 20, 2023, until January 31, 2024.
Open Now: Richmond County, Georgia Section 8 Waiting List
The Augusta Housing Authority (AHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 2, until January 5, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list has opened since October, 2020.
Open Now: Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland County, Ohio Section 8 Waiting List
The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from November 1, 2023, until January 31, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list has opened since March, 2023.
Opens Soon: Seattle, Washington Section 8 Waiting List
The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 17, 2024, until further notice. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since February, 2017.
Opens Soon: Butler County, Ohio Section 8 and Project Based Voucher Waiting Lists
The Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority (BMHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, and Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications from January 8, until January 12, 2024.
Opens Soon: Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson County, Oregon Section 8 Waiting List
Housing Works will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 8, until January 12, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since January, 2023.
