COVID-19 Notice
Due to concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease, some waiting list openings may be postponed until further notice, or submission instructions may be adjusted. The Affordable Housing Online team is closely monitoring waiting lists that are open now and opening soon, and will make updates to our website accordingly. The waiting lists below are confirmed openings.
Visit the housing authority’s website for the latest on its current operations, if one is available. If there is no information online, contact the housing authority directly. Due to a high volume of calls and modified office hours in most areas, expect a long wait time (days or weeks) for a response.

Colorado Springs, CO Section 8 HCV Waiting List
The Colorado Springs Housing Authority (CSHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications will be accepted from July 7, 2020 at 12:01 am, until July 8, 2020 at 11:59 pm MT. Learn how to apply.

The Wisconsin Rapids Housing Authority (WRHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications are being accepted until June 30, 2020 at 4:30 pm CT. Learn how to apply.
