COVID-19 Notice
Due to concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease, some waiting list openings may be postponed until further notice, or submission instructions may be adjusted. The Affordable Housing Online team is closely monitoring waiting lists that are open now and opening soon, and will make updates to our website accordingly. The waiting lists below are confirmed openings.
Visit the housing authority’s website for the latest on its current operations, if one is available. If there is no information online, contact the housing authority directly. Due to a high volume of calls and modified office hours in most areas, expect a long wait time (days or weeks) for a response.

Milwaukee, WI Section 8 HCV Waiting List
The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications will be accepted from June 23, 2020 at 9:00 am, until June 25, 2020 at 6:00 pm CT. Learn how to apply.
