COVID-19 Notice
Due to concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease, some waiting list openings may be postponed until further notice, or submission instructions may be adjusted. The Affordable Housing Online team is closely monitoring waiting lists that are open now and opening soon, and will make updates to our website accordingly. The waiting lists below are confirmed openings.
Visit the housing authority’s website for the latest on its current operations, if one is available. If there is no information online, contact the housing authority directly. Due to a high volume of calls and modified office hours in most areas, expect a long wait time (days or weeks) for a response.

Shasta, Modoc, Siskiyou, and Trinity County, California Section 8 HCV Waiting List
The Shasta County Housing Authority (CCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications are being accepted from July 1, 2020 at 8:00 am, until August 31, 2020 at 4:00 pm PT. Learn how to apply.

The East Hartford Housing Authority (EHHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications will be accepted from July 20, 2020 until July 24, 2020 at 12:00 am ET. Learn how to apply.
Jefferson County, CO Mainstream Section 8 HCV Waiting List
The Foothills Regional Housing (FRH) Mainstream Section 8 HCV waiting list applications will be accepted from July 10, 2020 at 8:00 am MT, until further notice. To qualify for this program, the head of household must be non-elderly (18 to 61 years of age) and disabled. Learn how to apply.
Hancock County, OH Rental Assistance Waiting List
The Hancock Metropolitan Housing Authority (HMHA) waiting list applications for Rental Assistance apartments are being accepted from July 20, 2020 at 9:00 am until July 22, 2020 at 11:30 am ET. Learn how to apply.
