New Section 8 Announcements
Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson County, Oregon Section 8 Waiting List Opens In January
Housing Works will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 8, until January 12, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since January, 2023.
City of St. Cloud; and Benton, Sherburne and Wright County, Minnesota Section 8 Waiting List Opens In January
The St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from December 4, until December 8, 2023. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since May, 2022.

Thurston County, Washington Section 8 and Affordable Apartment Waiting Lists Opens Today
The Housing Authority of Thurston County (HATC) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Evergreen Vista Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher and Martin Terrace Apartments Moderate Rehabilitation waiting list applications from November 27, until December 10, 2023.
Bossier Parish, Louisiana Section 8 Waiting List Opens Soon
The Bossier Parish Housing Authority (BPHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from December 5, until December 7, 2023. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since January, 2020.
Rocky Mount, North Carolina Section 8 Waiting List Opens Soon
The Rocky Mount Housing Authority (RMHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from December 6, 2023, until 250 applications have been received. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since April, 2019.
Wayne, Holmes, and Ashland County, Ohio Section 8 Waiting List Opens For Three Months
The Wayne Metropolitan Housing Authority (WMHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from November 1, 2023, until January 31, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list will be open since March, 2023.
Okanogan County, Washington Waitlist Opens For Three Months
The Housing Authority of Okanogan County will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from September 18, until December 18, 2023.
